Shipping Terms:
   
We will ship your product to you by the best method available for your specific needs, generally the same business day. You have the option of next day, second day, or ground shipping. Shipping charges are automatically calculated for you when placing an order. Total shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the all the items in your order.
For domestic orders, our store standard shipping method is EMS or HK air parcel for one or two items (or base on amount)and  DHL service for more items. HK air parcel delivery (standard shipping) takes about 15 to 25 business days.EMS to USA take about 7-14 working days. Faster shipping methods such as Priority and Express shipping are optional when checkout. DHL delivery service takes about 4 to 7 business days. Express delivery service makes it over night to most areas. By default, signature is not required on delivery via USPS within domestic United States. If you do not believe your address is 100% secured for receiving package, then please request shipping method with signature confirmation via following email address, otherwise we are not responsible for package loss or being stolen upon delivery

BACKORDERS  Terms:

We automatically update our on-line store so that we may offer our members the most up-to date products available. Due to the popularity of some products, we may not always have an item in stock.
We have included item availability on our product pages so that you will always know if the item is available. You may still place an order for out of stock items to ensure that you will be the first to receive the item once it becomes available.
If your order is not in stock it will be placed on backorder and shipped when the item is available via HK air parcel. You may cancel a backorder at any time prior to shipping by contacting order processing at sales@convertermarts.com

Wholesale Terms:
   
For reseller who would like to place wholesale order with us, wholesale account setup is needed upon request and approved.

Payment Terms:
   
We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Card (American Express, Visa, Master and Discovery), PayPal, Money Order or Cashier Check. We prefer payment by Credit Card or PayPal for fast shipping.

Return Terms:

If your product becomes defective within the first thirty (20) days after the invoice date, you may get an immediate replacement. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department via email or the world wide web within thirty days.
All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. If you buy on error for any reason, you may return for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. Shipping is not refundable. You will bear the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging. We accept exchange per customers' request within 7 days of delivery for the same style but different size if other size is available, and returned items must be in sellable condition. You will bear the cost of return and exchange shipping. Specific return or exchange instructions will be included in the packing slip or invoice along with the original packaging.

REPLACEMENT POLICY
Thank you for your purchase! ConverterMarts is confident in the quality of our products. If you have received a defective product please contact our returns department within 30 days by email to address: sales@ConverterMarts.com to request a replacement.

All items must be in original condition with all packing material, manuals, software, and registration card(s).
